Rahsaan Robinson (Founder/Director of Performance)

Rahsaan E. Robinson, CSCS is the founder of RahAthletics Sports Performance Inc. and currently the Head Basketball Performance Coach for the Nike Elite Program, Long Island Lutheran High School (LuHi) Boys varsity basketball team. Rahsaan is well respected within the fitness industry. He has combined his passion, knowledge, and experience of athletic development and business to create a company whose mission is to obtain measurable results for their athletes and clients. Over the past 15 years he has been fortunate to help numerous athletes from youth to professional achieve peak performance within their sport, clients transform their bodies and achieve healthier lifestyles, and educate and develop personal trainers so they can have successful careers. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Youth Fitness Specialist, Speed and Agility Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist he focuses on inspiring, educating, motivating athletes and clients through result oriented programs, nutrition, and enthusiasm. Rahsaan has also successfully managed two multi-million dollar fitness companies, Equinox Fitness and Washington Sports Club. He has also created and implemented a Fitness/ Strength and Conditioning curriculum for the Portledge Middle and High School which teaches students proper principles of training, healthy eating, and self-confidence so they develop long term fitness and nutrition habits.

His hard work and passion have allowed him to be recognized and published in The Westchester Magazine as one of the top 5 personal trainers in Westchester County. He was also featured on Channel 12 News for providing athletes, parents, and coaches exercises on preventing young baseball players from getting injured and having “Tommy John” surgery. Other publications include articles on Weight Management in The White Plains Times. “Why Basketball Athleticism Matters” in the Hardwood Insiders, and a TV Show called the “The Fitness Forum”. He has also presented numerous clinics and workshops on basketball performance, speed and agility, golf performance, tennis performance, nutrition 101, and the benefits of a dynamic warm up as well as participated in the LuHi Basketball Academy Elite Showcases.

Rahsaan continues to revolutionize the industry by staying on the cutting edge of scientific research and progressive training applications to have his athletes and clients achieve optimal peak performance.

Jason Papalio (Director of Athletic Recovery)

Jason’s passion for sports lead him down the path of yoga with a specialty in athletic recovery. He has a dynamic and disciplined approach that helps athletes connect their mind and body. Yoga can be very humbling and challenging at times but you’ll quickly learn your bodies strength and weaknesses, as you try to hold different poses. Jason’s approach will not only assess how your body feels but where your mind is, helping you escape all the stressors and pressures of your sport and life. Jason has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 15 years and worked with numerous athletes from weekend warriors, elite high school, college, and professional. He has also worked the Nike Elite One Hundred Camp, NY Cosmos, Seton Hall University Men’s Basketball and Baseball, Manhattan College Men’s Basketball and Baseball, Long Island Lutheran High School (LuHi) Boys Varsity Basketball, Columbia University Baseball, Yale University Golf, Team Green Basketball Camp, I’m Possible Training Camp and more.
